Every jacket is handcrafted and inspected for quality before it leaves our facility.
Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST – Eastern Standard Time / GMT-05:00).
Handling Time: 2 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Saturday).
Processing: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Saturday or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Transit Time & Total Delivery
We partner with premium carriers like DHL, FedEx, and USPS to provide the fastest global delivery.
Transit Time: 8 – 10 Business Days (Monday – Saturday).
Total Estimated Delivery: 10 – 13 Business Days (Handling + Transit).

Delivery Terms & Address Accuracy
Address Responsibility: Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Fame Leather Jackets is not responsible for deliveries failed due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer.
PO Boxes & APO: For security and carrier reliability, we do not deliver to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses.
Failed Delivery: If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Damage & Defect Claims
If your item is damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@fameleatherjackets.com with clear photos of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement for you.
