Shipping Labels for Defective Items: If the item is incorrect or defective, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Shipping Labels for Other Returns: For size issues or “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for purchasing their own trackable shipping label.
Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Items with visible signs of wear or alterations will not be accepted.

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the handcrafted production phase begins; however, you may still initiate a return once the item is delivered.
