We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. This applies to the USA and our other 90+ shipping destinations (Excluding South Korea).
Acceptable Return Reasons
We accept returns for the following:

Defective or Damaged Items: If the product arrives with manufacturing faults or leather defects.

Shipping Labels for Defective Items: If the item is incorrect or defective, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Shipping Labels for Other Returns: For size issues or “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for purchasing their own trackable shipping label. (This aligns with our Google Merchant Center settings).
Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Items with visible signs of wear or alterations will not be accepted.
Refunds & Fees

Restocking Fee: We charge $0.00 restocking fees.

Refund Amount: You will receive a 100% refund of the actual price paid at the time of purchase. Since we offer Free Shipping, no shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Processing Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the handcrafted production phase begins; however, you may still initiate a return once the item is delivered.
