Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Eligible within 30 days of delivery.

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

• Return/exchange requests after 30 days are not accepted.

Return Procedure

• Order number

• Reason for return/exchange

• Photos of the product if damaged or incorrect

• Use a trackable courier service for returns.

• Once the returned item passes inspection, we will process the refund or exchange.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after approval.

Exchanges

• We will replace the item or issue a full refund including shipping fees if the issue is verified.
