How Shipment & Delivery Works

Doorstep Delivery: Shipments are delivered securely to your specified address. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may leave a signed note instructing the courier to deliver to a neighbor who can sign on your behalf.
Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the package, the express courier will leave a notice card containing a unique shipment number and local contact details to easily arrange a convenient redelivery.
No PO Boxes: For security and carrier compliance, we strictly do not deliver to Post Office Box (PO Box), APO, or FPO addresses.

Notices & Order Tracking

We keep you informed at every single stage of your shipment journey via automated email notifications:

Order Acknowledgment: Upon placing your order, you will receive an immediate notice containing a detailed copy of your invoice. If you do not receive this notice, your order may not be registered in our system.
Shipping Confirmation: As soon as your order leaves our facility, we will email you the precise courier tracking details, dispatch date, and expected delivery date.

Delayed Deliveries & Lost Shipments

If your package does not arrive within our estimated timeframe, please contact us via email. We will immediately coordinate with DHL/FedEx to provide you with active tracking updates and direct support.

In the rare event that the carrier formally confirms a package is lost or untraceable, our Delivery Guarantee takes effect. We will immediately issue a full refund of your purchase amount or dispatch a brand-new replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Damage Claims

Damage/Defect Claims: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there is any structural damage or product defect, please contact us immediately at sales@fameleatherjackets.com with clear photographic evidence. We request customers to report such issues as soon as possible so we can fast-track your case and arrange a priority replacement under our standard 30-day policy.
