At Fame Leather Jackets, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and easy return, exchange, and refund process as outlined below.

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

Items must be in their original condition with all original tags attached.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Items that are damaged due to misuse or returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds & Processing

Restocking Fee: We charge $0.00 restocking fees.

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued strictly to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, American Express,Maestro, PayPal, etc.).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return, please contact our support team:

Required Info: Order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if the item is damaged/defective).

Return Label: Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions via email. ‘Customers are responsible for using a trackable shipping service’.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (e.g., “change of mind” or “size issue”), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent, Fame Leather Jackets will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or free replacement.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery (extended from 3 days for customer convenience). Provide clear photos, and we will prioritize a replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund.
Cancellations within 3 days are subject to a 25% deduction.
Cancellations within 6 days are subject to a 45% deduction.
After 6 days, cancellations are not allowed.
Exchanges for incorrect size, color, or wrong item are accepted if reported within 7 days of delivery.
