Returns & Refunds Policy

At Fame Leather Jacket, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Customized products are not eligible for return or refund.
  • No restocking fees are charged.

Exchanges & Return Label

We’re happy to offer exchanges!

  • Customer-initiated: If you ordered the wrong size or color, or changed your mind, you can exchange the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable mail service.
  • Seller-initiated: If we send the wrong size, color, or item, or if the item is defective or damaged, Hit Jacket will cover the return shipping and provide a return label with instructions.

To arrange an exchange, please email info@fameleatherjackets within 30 days of delivery with your order number and/video proof if applicable, photo or video proof. Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and detailed instructions to facilitate the return process.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please email sales@hitjacket.com with your order number.

Lost Packages

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time and tracking shows it was not delivered, contact sales@hitjacket.com. After investigation, you may be eligible for a full refund.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@fameleatherjackets with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and supporting photos/videos (if applicable).
  2. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the return address.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable service and include the RA#.
