How to Cancel an Order

Please contact our Customer Support Team via sales@fameleatherjackets.com. Email your request for order cancellation along with your order number, and you’ll receive confirmation via email.

Cancellation Refund Policy

  • Within 24 hours: You are eligible for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours but within 3 days: You can still cancel, but 30% of the order amount will be deducted.

  • After 3 days but before dispatch: 50% of the order amount will be deducted.

  • After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
