Return Policy – Fame Leather Jackets

 

At Fame Leather Jackets, we value your trust and aim to make your shopping experience worry-free. If you receive a product that is defective, incorrect in size or color, or not as described, you are eligible to request a return within 14-16 business days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Any product that shows signs of wear, damage, stains, cuts, or alterations will not be accepted for return.
 
We strongly recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order. In case you’re unsure, we offer customization options to help you get the perfect fit. However, please note that customized jackets are not eligible for return under any circumstances. If a customer selects the wrong size by mistake, we do not accept returns, though exchanges are available against a shipping fee.
 
If you wish to return an eligible product, you must cover the return shipping charges and use a trackable courier service. Please share the tracking ID with our customer service team once the parcel is shipped. The return must be sent back to the original warehouse address, which will be provided upon request.
 
Products returned without tags, in a used condition, or beyond 30 days will be declined. If the return is approved after inspection, our team will initiate the next step in coordination with you.
