Return and Exchange Policies

Exchange for Incorrect Sizes: In the case that you receive items that are in the wrong size, kindly contact our customer service department within three days of delivery of the received items. When they send us photographs during this time please ensure that the pictures are clear ones of the product. After validation, you may be allowed to exchange or return your purchase (terms and conditions apply).

Pret: kindly note that you cannot amend your size, colour or measurements of the order once placed within the next 24hours. Furthermore, our exchange policy only permits the exchange of two similar products at most.

Some Conditions of Return/Exchange

Order Cancellation Policy:

NOTE:

Depending on the type of product, if you cancel your order within 3 days of confirmation, we will charge 25% of its price.
Cancellations may be done within 7 days of confirmation, but if it is done then 45% of the price of the product will be charged.
Orders cannot be cancelled if they are confirmed for more than 7 days from the order.

Damaged Products:

In case you received a product that was destroyed during delivery, we request that you send us pictures of the received product right within 24 Hours.

Delivery Delays:

If you do not receive it within 29 working days of placing an order, we will refund you in full. For the express shipping option, if the package had not been shipped, customers can ask for a refunds after 6 working days since the shipment.

Credit Card Purchases

If you want to make changes to an order which was paid using credit card, please notify us by sending an email within 24 hours. Order for the goods being made by someone else: The cardholder is allowed to cancel such an order within 48 hours of placing the order. Nevertheless, in the event of the delivery of product, then any disputes between the cardholder and the customer must be sorted out among the two. Fame Leather Jackets will not take responsibility for such instances, however the 30 day return policy still applies.
