Return & Refund Terms
- All returns are free of charge — we cover the return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.).
- Refunds include both the product price and the original shipping fee.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note, bank processing times may vary.
Exchange Policy
- You may request an exchange for size, color, or a different product within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are also free of charge, and we will cover both return and redelivery shipping costs.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- All products are eligible for return or exchange — we have no non-returnable items.
