Once your request is received, our team will assess the eligibility of your return or exchange based on our policy.

Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

Products must be returned within 30 days of order confirmation.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

Customized or made-to-measure products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing fault is proven.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or variant is not in stock, we will issue a full refund instead.

Returns that do not meet our conditions or show signs of misuse (e.g. worn, altered, damaged) may be rejected. FameLeatherJackets reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any item returned in a condition that does not meet our return standards.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

If cancelled within this window, you will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations requested after 24 hours may be subject to a processing fee, depending on the production stage of the order.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5 to 14 banking days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
