Fame Leather Jackets is a site that entertains its customers across the globe. We have customers worldwide and in return for their trust in our website, we provide them worldwide free shipping on every order. We do not have any specific condition regarding the facility of free shipping and regardless of any condition about price and number of orders we ship free on every order, globally.

Definitely, we deliver for free across the world but there are some charges which are called the import duties and taxes which vary from country to country. For that, we have discussed some points briefly here, kindly read them out.

Duties and Taxes on imported items

Different countries have their different duties and taxes amount which they impose on imported items. We at Fame Leather Jackets provide free delivery to our respected customers across the world but we are not liable to pay any import tax of your country on the product you have shipped. All our orders are delivered on the basis of DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which states that the customer is entitled to pay any extra charges on the product like import duties and customs charges.

There is a bonus for all our United States buyers that they do not have to pay any duties and taxes. And for all those customers as well who live in the duty-free countries, yes, there are also some countries that are duty-free and they do not have any taxes on imported items. So all the customers resident there are lucky that they receive completely free shipping and just pay the amount of the product.

For avoiding any discomfort, kindly check your country’s import taxes list before placing the order, and then feel free to order.

How much time does it take to deliver your parcel?

We try our level best to facilitate you with our best services. So we definitely create the best attire for you just the way you want. And it takes the delivery time according to the customization you have done with the product.

  • Standard orders (no or minor customization): 10 to 12 working days

  • Major customized orders: 12 to 15 working days

For expedited shipping, you obviously have to pay extra. In that case, delivery will be done in 6 to 7 working days regardless of customization.

Note: We operate on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 1 PM are considered for the next working day.

How will you keep the track of your product?

When we ship your product, the courier company provides us a tracking ID/number, which we share with the customer. You can use that to track your shipment.

If your order is on hold or delayed, kindly contact the courier company directly.
If the delivery person is arriving and you’re not available, inform them beforehand. Multiple failed attempts may lead to parcel discard and we won’t be responsible for that.

To ensure safety, we do not ship to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses.

What if you receive a damaged or wrong parcel?

In rare cases, if you receive a damaged, wrong, or faulty product, you can return or exchange it by following our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Validity: Within 30 days only.

Please do not wash, alter, remove tags, or misuse the item. Otherwise, it will be ineligible for return/exchange.

Why might your shipment be delayed?

  • Product amendments requested

  • Wrong shipping info provided

  • Quality check rejections

Important points to remember before ordering:

  • Double-check your shipping info before confirming order

  • If you order one custom & one non-custom item, non-custom may arrive first

  • No address changes after dispatch

  • Customers in remote areas must pay $25 extra shipping charges
