Our jackets usually take a period of 7-9 working days to be shipped once you have placed your order with us. If, after our delivery guarantee kicks in, the courier still cannot find your shipment or give an estimated delivery time, our delivery guarantee will come into force.

Through our service, you will have an opportunity to order from any part of the world, and we have several warehouses operating all over the globe. DHL and FedEx are our express shipping companies who guarantee delivery of consignments to all parts of the globe. Customers are also allowed to monitor their shipments at each stage and Parcel will be delivered to your house.

If for some reason you are unable to take over your package you can incite someone else to sign for your package. If nobody is present to sign the consignment, the courier will drop a note with a phone number and other consignment information needed for rescheduling for delivery. To the best of our capability please be informed that it is currently our policy not to deliver products to post office boxes.

If your shipment is lost or is not traceable, you will either be given full refund or another shipment. If your delivery is delayed then please inform the delivery team through email and they will be happy to pass on the courier tracking number and other details as to cheque on the status of your delivery.
