Return & Refund Terms

  • All returns are free of charge — we cover the return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.).
  • Refunds include both the product price and the original shipping fee.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note, bank processing times may vary.

Exchange Policy

  • You may request an exchange for size, color, or a different product within 30 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are also free of charge, and we will cover both return and redelivery shipping costs.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
