30 Days Easy Return & Exchange Guarantee
If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Whether it’s a size issue, wrong item, or any other genuine concern, we’re here to help

You are eligible for a return or exchange if:

  • The color or specifications are different than what you ordered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • You received a different size than selected.
  • To start the process, email us at info@fameleatherjackets.com with the following:
  • A clear photo of the received product.
  • A brief explanation of the issue.
  • Your order details (name, number, and date).

Once we receive your request, our team will review it within 24 hours and respond with the return address. Please use a trackable courier service, and share the tracking number with us for smooth processing.

What Happens Next?
If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 15 working days after we receive the product.

For exchanges, your new item will be shipped within the same time frame.

We’ll keep you informed via email throughout the process.

Return/Exchange Not Accepted If:
Tags are removed.

Item is washed, worn, stained, or damaged.

Product is altered or customized.

The request is made after 30 days of delivery.

Shipping Cost Note
We offer free shipping on all orders. However, in case of a return or exchange, the customer bears the return shipping cost. Fame Leather Jackets is not responsible for return courier charges.

Refund Policy
We aim to deliver exactly what you ordered. But if a mistake happens from our side (wrong item, color, size, or defect), you are eligible for a full refund. Once the item is returned and verified, the refund will be processed within 14 working days.

Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund. After that, the following deductions apply:

After 24 hours: 30% deduction

If only 3 days left before dispatch: 50% deduction

If the item is already dispatched: No cancellation possible
