Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees apply as per our shipping policy. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, with handling times of 2–3 business days and transit times of 7–9 business days within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

We use trusted couriers such as FedEx and DHL. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. For lost or undelivered packages, follow the courier’s process first, then contact us at sales@hitjacket.com with your order number for reshipment or refund assistance.
